In this context, the main services we offer to our customers are: - To analyze the current situation of our customers in customs procedures; to receive accurate and complete information about our customers' goods coming from abroad or going abroad, to determine and apply the customs regime in line with the information received and the documents submitted; to request a preliminary examination if necessary.


- According to the customs regime to which the goods will be subjected, to check the documents that must be submitted to the customs authorities of our customers.

- To determine the Customs Tariff Statistics Position (C.T.S.P.) of the goods to be customs cleared in accordance with the Customs Law No. 4458 and related legislation.

- To subject the goods to a legal customs regime according to the provisions of the Customs Law and related legislation, and to prepare the customs declaration and sign it with our Customs Broker authorization.

- To obtain preliminary permits within the framework of the procedures and principles determined in accordance with the legislation on the export regime; to have A.TR, EUR.1 and Origin documents approved, to have the necessary certification procedures carried out according to the country status.

- In line with the request of our customers, to determine if there is any deficiency, damage or inaccuracy in the incoming goods, to prepare a report; to inform the customer and other relevant places.

- To inform the customer by calculating customs taxes.

- To follow up and close the declarations together with our customs experts at customs offices.

- To forward the invoices, receipts, slips and similar documents of a customs declaration whose procedures are completed to our customers within a reasonable period of time.

- To ensure the organization and follow-up of the necessary permits, exemptions, sampling procedures in other official institutions and organizations other than the customs administration for the import or export transactions of our customers.

- To obtain, follow and finalize the necessary permits (Inward Processing Permit, Outward Processing Permit, Investment Incentive Certificate, etc.) related to the goods to be imported and exported by our customers.

- To make and finalize reconciliation applications to Regional Directorates or Ministry of Trade authorities in tax and penalty disputes with customs administrations. - To digitally archive the documents of import and export transactions of our customers whose customs procedures are completed.

- To ensure the flow of electronic information about the business and transactions we serve to our customers accurately and quickly, and to provide e-archive service for access to information and data about our customers' transactions.

- To provide written and/or verbal consultancy on all matters related to foreign trade and customs clearance transactions, and to provide information on legislative changes, if required by the customer.
